Our Code of Conduct

Compliant behavior is a matter of course for the management and all our employees.

As a guideline for this, our Code of Conduct is available to all employees. They facilitate the handling of existing rules in the company. In addition, they offer orientation, advice and help in daily work. The focus is on the responsibility of each individual for compliance and integrity as a maxim of all actions. Antitrust Guideline

The antitrust procedure is a set of legal regulations aimed at promoting fair competition in markets. For Brose Sitech, this means avoiding practices that may lead to restriction of competition, such as prohibited pricing agreements, abuse of a dominant market position, or practices that exclude competition. Actions inconsistent with the antitrust procedure may result in high financial penalties or other legal consequences.

With the guideline, Brose Sitech provides general advice and guidance for dealing with competitors in accordance with antitrust law.

Reporting violations

Any violations of the adopted rules of conduct and statutory provisions are not tolerated. It is necessary for all employees to be vigilant and ready in the event of a specific suspicion to signal a potential violation and to clarify the reported suspicions efficiently and objectively.

Have you witnessed non-compliance with rights and obligations, violation of employee rights, corruption or mobbing? You can talk to your supervisor and determine the way forward or report to the Compliance Officer. If this is not possible or you feel you prefer to contact an independent person, you can use anonymous reporting channels.
